Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking travel services through Jamluti Ventures (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Jamluti Ventures.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or as per the agreed payment plan.

• Payment Terms: Payment schedules and methods are outlined during the booking process. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Jamluti Ventures reserves the right to retain up to 30% of the funds paid on bookings that are canceled by the client. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

• Provider-Initiated Cancellations: Jamluti Ventures reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or a refund.

4. Travel Documents

• Passport and Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents, including passports and visas, before departure. Jamluti Ventures is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from failure to obtain necessary documents.

• Health and Safety: Travelers are advised to consult their physician regarding vaccinations and other health precautions. Jamluti Ventures is not responsible for health issues that arise during or after travel.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks. Jamluti Ventures is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

6. Changes to Itinerary

• Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the itinerary after booking may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

• Provider-Initiated Changes: Jamluti Ventures reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or operational requirements. We will endeavor to provide a comparable experience in such cases.

7. Liability

• Service Providers: Jamluti Ventures acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injuries, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of these providers.

• Force Majeure: Jamluti Ventures is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

8. Customer Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all laws, customs, and regulations of the countries they visit. Jamluti Ventures reserves the right to terminate services without a refund if a traveler’s behavior is deemed disruptive or illegal.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with South African law.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts of South Africa.

11. Amendments

Jamluti Ventures reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect their bookings.
